Accommodation: We stay at the Petit Hotel San Salvador: a charming old renovated monastery, dating from the 14th century, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the rest of the island. A perfect environment for introspection, tranquility and contact with nature.
Food: The food during the retreat is adapted to the needs of each participant. Thus, we offer vegetarian and vegan menu, as well as the option to order fresh fish for those lovers of the local product. We also consider special diets for those with any type of intolerance or allergy.
Duration: The retreat takes usually place two weekends throughout the year: one in March/April and the other during September. Always on weekends, starting on Saturday morning and finishing on Sunday afternoon.
Price: 100€/per person shared room (two beds) or 125€/single room. A non-refundable 50% is payable by booking your place. Includes: all meals (except dinner drinks and consumption in cafeteria), practice, workshops and participation gift.
